Recent issues/developments that are occurring in the field of international law will be focused in this course. The topics of the course are not fixed or predetermined, new developments that are emerging in time in international area or the regions near Turkey will be evaluated during the course. These issues/developments can be related to human rights law or/and law of armed conflicts, use of force etc..
