Concept of Taxpayer, Liabilities of Taxpayer, Rights of Taxpayer in administrative and judicial processes, Right to Property, Right to a FairTtrial, Crime and Punishment Rights, Right to Privacy and Freedom of Travel, Jurisprudence of ECtHR and Turkish Constitutional Court related to these rights.
