Recent examples of using force on earth are increasing and diversifying. He followed La Haye contracts, Geneva contracts, New York contracts. With these agreements, the law applied to armed conflicts has also diversified. The increase in the types of armed conflicts is a different factor than the increase in civilian casualties. Meanwhile, the literature of armed conflicts entered the “rules of engagement” and began to be discussed with political, military and diplomatic dimensions. All these developments will be analyzed in our class.
