1) To be able to explain the rights and obligations of the concessionaire and the administration, adaptation to the changing conditions, maintaining the financial balance and the theories that help to maintain in the public service concession agreement, the termination of the public service concession agreement, the judiciary in disputes arising from the public service concession agreement and especially international arbitration institution in the public service concession agreements.

Course Contents
