Course Contents

History and development of international criminal law, sources of international criminal law, principles of international criminal law, the principle of legality in international criminal law, individual responsibility, responsibility of command and command, special participation cases, material and moral elements in international crimes, genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, the history of international criminal courts, the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, the jurisdiction of the court in terms of subject, place and time, a brief overview of the rules of procedure
