Course Contents
The fourth part of the TPC No. 5237 titled "Offences against the Nation and the State and Final Provisions" sanctions the acts committed against these functions of the state. In this way, it is ensured that the state performs its duties effectively by utilising its functions, and as a result, the individuals constituting the society live in peace in the system they have established.
