The aim of course is to explain origins and develoment of air transport law, the international dimension, The Turkish Civil Aviation Act, The Turkish Commercial Code, Warsav Convension and Protokols, Athens Convension, defintion meaning, general principles of air transport law, legal nature of air tansport law, catogories, carriage of goods, passenger, baggage, cabin baggage, bill of lading, liability of the carrier in international air law, limit of liabiliy, insurance agent, insurance premium, policy, indemnity, conracts, general insurance conditions
