1) Explain the concept and the legal structure of the group of companies.
2) To understand main legal prensiples applied to the Group of Companies Law.
3) Examine the main problems arising in the group of companies law and the proposed legal solutions to these problems.
4) To understand the issues that the relation between dominant partnership and minor partnership, the abuse of the dominant partnership, the right to purchase the dominant partnership and the responsibility of trust.

Examining the concept of the Group of Companies and the issues such as the relation between dominant partnership and minor partnership, the abuse of the dominant partnership, the right to purchase the dominant partnership and the responsibility of trust.To provide a comprehensive, interdisciplinary, study of legal organisation of the group of companies; While doing this, to examine the legal issues arising from their transactions and to offer some solutions.
