Course Contents
In this course, problems in some issues that are not regulated by law in inheritance law and problems experienced in the implementation of provisions in some issues will be examined through theory-practice comparison and solution proposals will be brought. For example, joint wills, invalidity of the inheritance waiver agreement, invalidity of disposition mortis causa, burdens in disposition mortis causa, equalization obligation, equalization obligors, estate accounting, reduction of acquisitions inter vivos, reduction operations, sharing the inheritance.
