Concept of limited real right, principles of limited real rights, types of limited real rights, easements, difference between easements that bond to thing and person, easements in Civil Law (right of usufruct, right of construction, right of spring, other easements), acquiring easements, examination and terms of easements (rights and obligations for parties).
