In this course, it will be examined about the community of heirs (its legal nature, characteristic of entitlement, management), which established among heirs after the decedent, provisions of the community (transactions about hereditary share, being a party in the case, liability for debts), ways of termination of the community, transition to common ownership, sharing of heritage (sharing rules, barriers of sharing, sharing agreement, hand sharing).
