Having general knowledge of film analysis. Having ability to question the film products, content and having able to analyze their expressions

1) Introduction, the importance of cinema.
2) Film analysis techniques, explanation of micro and macro analysis, information about film theories.
3) Film production process, analysis of story types.
4) Identification of Film Types.
5) Iconography and Character Types.
6) Diegesis and Mimesis, Story and Narration.
7) Classic Storytelling, Propp and Todorov's Narration Propositions.
8) Midterm Examination/Assessment
9) Scene, Visualization, Cinematography, Lighting, Composition.
