Course Contents

Within the framework of the course, concepts such as globalization and new media's change in local media and local governments, branding of cities, (brand cities) and the contribution of local media to this process and e-government applications in local governments will be discussed. The topics covered Turkey and discuss through examples on a world scale, students need the academic level as well as at ensuring that knowledge about the work done for implementation and to start a thinking process for new studies to be carried is included in the course content.

12) Examination of web pages and e-government applications of some municipalities such as municipalities and e-municipality, Ankara, Kocaeli and Bursa
