Course Contents
The purpose of qualitative research method course is to introduce qualitative research methods as a widely used research techniques in education. This course will discuss subjects such as qualitative research methods in education, research design, data collection and analysis. Content • Introduction to qualitative research • Characteristics of qualitative research (biography, phenomenology, ground theory, ethnography, case study, action research) • Planning qualitative research • Constructing research questions • Data collection methods (interview) • Data collection methods (observation) • Data collection methods (document collection) • Quality and trustworthiness • Data analyzing Application of qualitative research results .
