Course Contents

This course focuses on the definition of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship; to explain the role and importance of entrepreneurs and their entrepreneurship in the success of food and beverage enterprises; An examination of the practices of entrepreneurship in the globalization process in the world and Turkey; The aim of this course is to inform students about the analysis of entrepreneurship examples in food and beverage enterprises.
