Candidates are provided with profound knowledge on development of Management Thought, total quality management: the definition and development of the concept of total quality, advantages and benefits of total quality management, total quality management, a holistic point of view, quality groups, the basic management concepts of Total Quality Management: Organizations, Systems, Tools and Techniques, Basic problem-solving tools, Pareto analysis, Quality disciplines, a total quality management: Diagnosis and preparation, management stability and affinity, intensive participation, reviews and re-start; quality master plan.
