1) Define physiology of the gastrointestinal tract, the enteric nervous system, hormones and local mediators, the gastrointestinal tract diseases.
2) Define affecting GIS of drugs, the drugs used in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
3) Define laxative and purgative, antidiarrheal drugs.
4) Define emetic and anti-emetic drugs, other medicines that affect the digestive system.
5) Describe the adverse effects of drugs in the gastrointestinal tract.
