General characteristics, clasification, and pathogenesis of mycobacteria, M.tuberculosis complex, mycobacteria other than tuberculosis, mycobacterial diseases, laboratory diagnosis of mycobacteria, susceptibility testing, organisation of mycobacteria laboratory, quality control in mycobacteria laboratory, biosafety in mycobacteria laboratory.
