The typing methods will be explained and the methods to be used against various situations will be discussed 1- Overview of typing methods 2- Antibiotyping and biotyping 3- Serotyping and bacteriophage typing 4- Protein typing 5- Genotyping methods 6- Southern hybridization 7- PCR based typing 8- Mid term exam 9- Pulse Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE)  10- MLST 11- DNA mikroarray 12- Whole genome sequencing 13- Application of typing methods in clinical microbiology 14- Typing of the most common hospital-acquired microorganisms 15- Typing of enteric bacteria cause outbreak 16- Final exam
