Course Contents

Classical protein isolation methods such as ion exchange chromatography, gel filtration, hydrophobic interactions, hydroxy apitite and as well as the methods developed after the onset of recombinant DNA technology such as Ni-NTA purification, S-TAG purification and Mal-Tag purification. Proteomics technology and how it is being used in identification of protein markers.
