Course Contents

Short atomic data, and types of diodes, BJT, field-effect transistors. Difference amplifiers, electrical characteristics of operational amplifiers, feedback, frequency response of the operational amplifier, basic operational amplifier circuits, operational amplifier applications, and the wave shape Brackets multivibrators.

1) Short of atomic information, conductors, semiconductors, insulators Description of the PN junction diode structure, operation of the forward and reverse direction.

3) PN junction diode applications (half-wave, full wave rectifier).
4) Diode applications (clippers, clampers).
5) Zener diode definition, structure, property. .
6) LED diode, Varikap diode, Tunnel diode, Schottky diode, Photo diode, and the PIN diode structures çişitlerin, özllikleri and work areas.
7) BJT transistor structures, and studies.
