Course Contents

This course covers; Projects, Tender Processes and Contracts, Establishment and Organization of the construction site, Work Program, Control Services.

Weekly Schedule

1) Construction of the types of projects, preparation of projects and the need for all parties
2) With zoning laws and regulations, definitions relating to the application
3) Constructions of laws, regulations and specifications, review of the zoning plan and interpret zoning
4) Reconstruction of a zoning plan and the necessary data evaluation information on the island
5) Site organization, site planning, offices and social spaces
6) Description of the Site, the organization causes, Construction workers, duties and powers
7) Organization of construction works
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) The organization of business and personnel
10) Concepts and terms related to the tender
11) Bidding on the laws, regulations and specifications
12) Tender varieties, participation conditions, search terms, commissions
13) Supervision Services: Public Works Control Regulations, the concept of control
14) Supervision (advisory) services, supervision and operation of the organization to comprehend
15) Provisional and final acceptance process
