1) Examine the general principles of criminal law.
2) Identify the the acts of crime and determine whether an act is a crime.
3) Identiy the elements of the offense and the aggravating or mitigating states of the offense.
4) Assign penalties for the provision of an offense.
5) Examine, review and evaluate legislative texts and judicial decisions of the methods provided by law the methodology.
