1) Understand the principles and properties of administrative law.
2) Understand the sources of administrative law.
3) Draw administrative organization chart of the Republic of Turkey, to explain its priniciples through examples.

Course Contents
The cheracteristics of administrative contracts and defferences from the civil law contracts are explained. After out of courts control on administration are mentioned administrative properties and the regime of public propoerties and expropriation principles are investigated.
