1) Evaluate what main resources of the European Union law are and their differences from both national and international law.
2) Analyze how decisions are made in the European Union in detail.
3) Prepare reports on affects of EU law, member states, instutitions and citizens.
4) Analyze the legal order of the EU member states.
5) Evaluate how full membership negotiations affect candidate country in the aspects of rule of law.
6) Evaluate decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union and differences in other international courts.

The course covers the topics of the roots of the EU law, EU law and national law, EU lavw and international law, primary and secondary resources, Europen Court of Justice, ECJ cases, the law of competition.
