In this course the relations between Northeast Asian countries such as Japan, China, North and South Korea will be explored using concepts and theories of International Relations. Contemporary issues such as island disputes, war crimes committed during WWII, nuclear weapons and free trade between these countries will be examined from a historical, social and political perspective.
