1) Recognize the general theory of constitutional law and the sources of the constitutional law.
2) Interpret and evaluate legislation texts.
3) Examine and interprete judicial decisions of the law.
4) Analyze the law of the methodology.
5) Recognize the constitutional history, fundamental rights and freedoms, government systems, and the powers of the legislative, the executive, and the judiciary.

Course Contents

This course covers constitutional law as a part of public law, the concepts of political power and the state, governmental forms according to the ruling of sovereignty, electorial systems, political parties, principce of seperation of power, control of conformity of laws to the Constitution.
