Course Contents

This course content is, in general, commercial enterprise, commercial procedure, commercial rule, commercial judiciary, trader, trade name, enterprise name, brand, unfair competition, account books, trade register, trader assistants, classification of the companies, companies agreement, the common features of trade partnerships, merger, division and changing the type of companies, elements and characteristics of commercial papers, pleas in commercial papers, commercial bills.

1) Commercial Law introducing.
2) Definition, elements, types and assets of business enterpises.
3) Head office and branch of business enterprise, merger and acquisition of business enterprise, pledge of business enterprise.
4) Distinction between ordinary affair and commercial affair, criterias of commercial affair, consequences of commercial affair.
5) Commercial provisions, commercial jurisdiction, merchant.
6) Consequences of being merchant, trade name, enterprise name, brand.
7) Unfair competition, account books, trade registery.
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Types of agency, current account.
10) Classification of companies.
11) Elements of partnership agreement, common characteristics of companies.
12) Definition and elements of commercial paper, characteristics of commercial paper, the difference between commercial paper and note.
13) Pleas of commercial paper, loss and cancellation of commercial paper, bills of exchange.
14) Bills of exchange.
15) Bond and check.
16) Final examination
