Course Contents

This course includes the history of aroma chemistry and perfume, perfumery materials of natural origins, ingredients for the modern perfumery industry, structure of an international fragrance company, perfume creation, measurement of fragrance, perception, application, toxicology of fragrances, volatility and substantivity, and chemical perception.
