This course includes industrially important enzymes, enzyme immobilisation methods, immobilised cells as biocatalysts, enzymes in starch and sugar industry, enzymes in brewing industry, enzyme applications in baking, enzymes in dairy industry, enzymes in meat industry and protein hydrolysis, enzymes in leather industry, enzymes in textile industry, enzymes in detergent industry, enzymes in pharmaceutical industry, biotransformations, enzymatic hydrolysis and modification of fats and oils.
