Course Contents

Students recognizes the works of Kipchak Turkish period, sample text in the selected works of this period the phonology, morphology, syntax and vocabulary and learn to be evaluated in terms of the historical development of the Turkish language.

Weekly Schedule

1) In this course provides defining the concept of the dialect, the relationships of place of this concept, accent, dialect, dialect, accent similar concepts such as the place of the relationship, and they are. Necessity of research in the science of dialect. Relationships between dialects and written language.
2) The first studying on Anatolian dialects: The period of foreign researchers (1867-1940) and the preiod of Ahmet Caferoğlu (1940-1950). After the period of Ahmet Caferoğlu the text assembly and inspection work on the dialect up to the present day ,.
3) The studies related to Anatolian dialects of various language elements (adjective-verb suffixes, verb conjugation, etc.). The vocabulary of anatolian dialects. Studies on the Anatolian dialects classify.
