Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) By the end of this course, students will have: gained knowledge about the Classical Literature through the works of earliest tragedians Aeschylus, Sophocles, Euripides.
2) Students will have seen the influence of Classical Literature on English Literature.
3) By the end of this course, students will have: get acquainted with mythological terms used in different literary periods.
4) By the end of this course, students will have: A lot of practical experience in recognizing mythological characters in texts referring to different periods
5) Students will have acquired the knowledge of the civilizations, cultures and thoughts.
