1) Be able to analyse Shakespeare’s life and works in detail.
2) Be able to compare and contrast the Elizabethan stage with their former knowledge on drama and appreciate contemporary drama from a different perspective.
3) Acquire details about Shakespeare's life and work.
4) Analyse the historical,cultural and political structures presented in Shakespeare's plays.
5) Develop an aesthetical outlook towards life through philosophical and ideological views presented in literary texts.
