Course Contents

The course will explore different varieties of archaeology and its relations with other disciplines, as well as epigraphy and numismatics. The course will examine contemporary methods used by archaeologists, the nature of the archaeological record, a short history of archaeological investigation, and provide a brief summary of prehistoric human cultural developments worldwide.
