General introduction of SCADA (Supervisor Control and Data Acquisition) software that is used for tracking and controlling automation systems and observing process data. Advantages and disadvantages of SCADA software. Techniques for improving SCADA programs and library usage. Variable types in SCADA and defining variables. Giving animation properties to visual variables. Writing a program part (script, cicode) in SCADA. Introduction of home automation systems and connecting them with SCADA software. Methods used in home automation and communication protocols (instabus). Equipments used in home automation and connecting them with software. Realizing a Smart Home Project Application by using home automation.
