1) Evaluate the meaning of power quality, term and definition of power quality problem and related standarts
2) Define Long-duration voltage variation (over-voltage, under-voltage, sustained interruption) Short-duration voltage variation (interruption, sags, swells) Voltage Imbalance, Flicker, Wave form distortion and harmonics, Power-frequency variation
3) Examine source of power quality problem
4) Evaluate Protection sollution at the end-user level,
5) Analyze Harmonics problems,effects,related standarts and protection (filter design)
6) Evaluate Protection sollution for power quality problems at the transmission level (defination of FACTS devices)
