This course covers;primary structures & contacts, Stereographic projections, depth & thickness analyses, folding lines, faults & fractures, fault slip vs. separation, fault recognition, faults on maps, joints vs. faults, folds & fold classification, measures of strain, pure shear vs. simple shear, deformation mechanisms, global tectonics.
