Course Contents

Giriş, Endüstride otomasyonun aşamaları, Röle mantıklı devreler, merdiven (Ladder) diyagramlar, Programlanabilir Lojik Denetleyici (PLC) üretim teknolojisi, Modüler PLC yapısında yer alan birimler, Klasik yöntemlere göre üstünlükler, Elektriksel bağlantı özellikleri, Programlama dilleri, genel komutlar, program örnekleri, Programlama dili gelişmiş hesap komutları, program örnekleri.

Weekly Schedule

1) Control elements, contactors, relays, control sensing elements, actuators.
2) Control of asynchronous motor with a short-circuit bar (squirrel cage).
3) Two-way control of the asynchronous motor of the squirrel cage (direction of rotation).
4) Star-delta starting of squirrel-cage asynchronous motor. Dynamic braking of asynchronous motor with short-circuit bar (squirrel-cage).
5) Introduction to PLC, general features.
6) S71200 hardware features, operating principle, external circuit connections
7) PLC input output connections, identification of the control function.
8) Programming languages, ladder logic programming.
9) Realization of logical functions, examination of the behavior of the control circuit.
10) Serial connected switching circuit, serial-parallel connected switching circuit.
11) S7200 PLC logical operations, basic logical operations.
12) Timing operations, on-delay timer (TON), off-delay timer (TONR), inverse delay timer (TOF).
13) Counting operations, up counter (CU), up-down counter (CUD).
14) Introduction to programming with S71500 PLC.
15) Use of simulation program and applications.
16) Systems applications.
