Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) To determine the application area by understanding the principles of corporate governance and the concept of corporate sustainability.
2) To understand who the stakeholders are within the scope of corporate governance principles and how their relations with the company are regulated.
3) To determine the rights that stakeholders may have through the capital company and their limits.
4) To understand the approach to shareholder rights within the scope of corporate governance principles and sustainability and to ensure more effective use.
5) To ensure that the activities of the board of directors are carried out and audited within the scope of corporate governance principles and corporate sustainability.

Course Contents

In the course, the concepts and theories of professional management, institutionalisation, corporate governance and sustainability in capital companies are discussed at undergraduate level.
