1) Explain the relationship between language and social cultural structures. Examine the reflections of the cultural structure on language
2) Explain the relationship between language and political power. Evaluate the ways of language formation by the political power.
3) Define the concept of ideology. Analyses the relationship between language and ideology.
4) Discuss the discourses of news texts and all media texts in terms of the media and power relations.
5) Recognize the written and verbal communication styles.
