Course Contents

The stages of the strategic management process describes the theoretical and practical. This process is divided into 3 parts; in the analysis phase, development strategy phase and implementation phase. In addition to theoretical issues, case studies from our country and the world also will be discussed during the course, verbally or in written form is presented.
