Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Act responsible for issue management, social stakeholders relationships management and relationship management.
2) Assemble the importance of PR specialists in issue management and the environmental scanning process which should be operated accurately.
3) Apply and evaluate identifying the issue in question for the field of application, analysis, setting priorities, choosing the strategies of programs of action and communication.
4) Recognize academic and industrial applications in the management of the issue.
5) Explain how to create a vision of change in opinion leaders , group support, long-term and covering a wide range of public opinion strategically.

Course Contents

Identifying the issue in the context of the subject and agenda management, to analyze them, setting priorities, choosing the strategies, action and communication programs and evaluating the productivity of execution, public works, communications and government relations in various disciplines of public relations, such as put forth in public relations, issue management experts communication efforts to be the most important power to manage and perform environmental scanning correctly.
