This course examined within the context of the topics of Organizational Behavior Basics, Organization and Personality, Attitudes and Job Satisfaction, Communication Channels, Effective Communication, Organizational Citizenship, Mobbing, Organizational Culture, Organizational Groups and Teamwork, Conflict in Organizations, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Change , Stress and Stress Management, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Behavior and Management topics include ethics.
