Course Contents

Learning the process of making a documentary film documentary film of the course prior to pre-production, production and post-production phases of the course will be learned in practice.

Weekly Schedule

1) Introduction, beginning and explanations about the course.
2) Production phases of the documentary film. Pre-production: Preliminary research (archive scanning, identification of persons to interview, etc.)., preparing a proposal to a documentary.
3) Production phases of the documentary film. Pre-production: writing, planning and budgeting.
4) Production phases of the documentary film. Pre-production: explaining the rules of student projects, project planning, determination of the issues and to begin pre-production stage.
5) Production phases of the documentary film. Pre-production: students' reports of the documentary proposal submission and discussion.
