Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Define vectors, rectangular coordinate system, cylindrical coodinate system and spherical coodinates in space.
2) Clarify situations of between straight line and plane and equations of straight line and plane in space.
3) Clarify reflection according to straight line and plane in space.
4) Clarify cylinder, conic, surface of revolution and linear, quadrics and their properties.
5) Solve basic problems related to cylinder, conic, surface of revolution and linear.

Vectors in three-dimensional space, straight-line and plane equations, vectoral equations of staight-line and plane and concerning problems, conics in the space, plane and the conic sections.
