Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1) Explain the place and importance of family in pre-school education.
2) Explain family education activities as a dimension of family participation and the importance of these studies.
3) It is voluntary to develop communication skills required in parent education.
4) Be aware of methods of creating a family-friendly classroom environment and providing parent volunteerism.

Definition of parent education, its scope, factors to be considered; Communication with the family, family participation studies and working with families, creating a family-friendly atmosphere and increasing volunteering, supporting families to improve their knowledge and skills related to development and learning in early childhood.
