The meaning, importance and sources of children's law and children's rights. Historical development. Convention on the Rights of the Child. Lineage of the child, relations between parents and children, custody, guardianship institutions. The constitutional fundamental rights of the child. Rights of children in need of protection. Rights of working children. Rights of abused children. Rights of delinquent children.
