1) Explain crisis, risk, trauma and other related concepts.
2) Recognize the importance of psychosocial intervention services.
3) Identify children at risk and understand the important role of psychoeducational programs given at schools.
4) Describe the psychological reactions and treatment approaches for trauma in children, adolescents and adults.

Crisis, risk, trauma and other related concepts, Natural and man-made and trauma, Traumatic events from a developmental perspective, individual differences and cultural factors, Children at risk and psychoeducational programs given at schools, Phases of traumatic crisis, Psychological reactions and treatment approaches for trauma in children, adolescents and adults, Awareness of natural disasters (exp.: earthquake) – “creating a safe life” presentation
