Course Contents

Opening the subjects of confrontation between architect and client, and processes of design, project, application, control of application and use; subjects of “comprehension of the job, ability of persuasion, taking the job, gualified service, preliminary project presentation, legal rights, relations between municipality, client and architect under open market conditions, relation between architect and the chamber of architects, relations with municipality and other public enterprise until inhabitation, definition and the supplying process of documents required for auction nad architectural services and related laws and regulations” are going to be explained and discussed through sample projects and applications.

Weekly Schedule

1) Process of hiring; meeting with employer; confidence; marketing of quality, process of persuasion (explanation and discussion)
2) Necessary technical data and muniments before design (zoning status, dimensional drawing, coordinates, the view of related corporation and establishment, environmental impact statement) and the steps on getting license.
