Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Explain the process of management.
2) Evalute to midwifery practices that affect the legal-political, organizational structure.
3) Understand and develop to problem solving and decision-making processes skills in these areas.
4) Appreciate the importance of the communication process, communication barriers and the factors that are difficult to recognize and communicate with people to cope.
5) Understanding theories of motivation and the concept of job satisfaction.
6) Recognize to leadership styles and be aware of their own leadership skills and develop them.
